VPAT & ACR Documentation

A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is the globally recognised format for documenting how a digital product meets accessibility standards. Once completed, it becomes an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) — the document enterprise procurement teams and government buyers require before a contract can close.

For SaaS companies, an outdated or missing ACR is a direct revenue blocker. For investor relations platforms, a completed VPAT signals to institutional clients that shareholder-facing tools meet their own internal accessibility policies. We produce VPATs grounded in real audit data — not self-assessments that don't hold up to scrutiny.

Verification & Validation

After remediation, we re-test your product against WCAG 2.2 AA to confirm every issue has been resolved and no regressions have been introduced. Upon passing, you receive a signed conformance certificate you can share with legal counsel, enterprise clients, or regulators.

Compliance Certification

A formal re-test following remediation, with a signed certificate of WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Included as part of all full-service engagements.

User Testing with Assistive Technology

Real users with disabilities evaluate your product using screen readers, switch access, and other assistive technologies. Each session is recorded and includes structured feedback on usability — not just technical conformance. $495 per session, or $405 when bundled with an audit.

Expedited Services

When a legal deadline, product launch, or procurement requirement can't wait, we offer same-day and next-business-day turnaround on audits, VPAT documentation, and remediation scoping. Expedited services are available across all service types and are added as a fee on top of standard rates.
